Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of oktai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
oktai is an AI marketing platform that audits your website and ad accounts and helps you generate and manage ads, videos, landing pages and campaigns. Features depend on your plan and connected integrations.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
Plans, credits & billing
Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; credits are consumed as you generate. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Your content & connected accounts
You retain ownership of the brand assets and content you provide. You grant oktai the licence needed to process them to deliver the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for your use of generated outputs, including compliance with the advertising platforms' policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use oktai to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate deceptive or prohibited advertising, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
AI outputs
Generated creatives, copy and audits are produced by AI and may contain errors. Review them before publishing or spending ad budget; you remain responsible for what you run.
Availability, liability & changes
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, oktai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
